My philosophy on living the best life we can comes from how we take care of ourselves. We must put effort into working the mind, body and spirit daily. We must read, practice self reflection, cope with emotions and be true to what we proclaim to do and say. We need regular exercise, the right kind of exercise for our age and body capability. We need the right nutrition for energy, health and cognition. We need to have a spiritual connection with ourselves. We can develop that spiritual connection through meditation, prayer and acts of service to others. If you seek to create the best version of yourself, then you must start working the mind, body and spirit.
